Circuit principle: The large power component import IGBT(IGBT module) is adopted to convert 50/60Hz industrial frequency into high frequency (15KHZ above).Then, output large power DC source by declining the voltage, rectifying the current, and through pulse-width modulation (PWM) technology. The weight and volume of the main transformer is significantly declined and the efficiency is increased by 30% above.

Scope of application: Mainly used in carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, and other ferrous metal materials of various all position welding. Can be widely applicable to ship, automobile, Bridges, steel structure, pressure vessel etc.The machine except with CO2 gas as protection gas outside, still can use Ar + CO2 (O2) mixed gas as a shielding gas, and also can use Ar gas as protection gas is used for welding stainless steel and aluminum alloy .
